The Web 2.0 Tool that I am reviewing is Ediscio. Ediscio is a tool that connects modern and cutting edge strategies in eLearning with ease of use. The program is in a constant development process, in which the feedback of the users is seriously taken into account. The integrated board of Ediscio makes it easy to get in contact with the author and to discuss extensions or changes of Ediscio's functionality. Feedback of educators gets special attention to make the use of Ediscio in classrooms as easy as possible and to maximize successful learning of students. Another aim of Ediscio is to keep in touch with newest developments in information technology. Thus, functionality of the Web 2.0 area is integrated and used in learning processes to enhance intuitive gathering of knowledge, and interaction of users.

Learning statistics, such as tag-cloud is based on keywords that are assigned to flashcards. In some instances visualization of learning progress may be presented as a diagram. Long-term statistics are gathered after each learning session while Rights management for each card box and cataloging of all card boxes are configured for public access by using : import, export, (XLS, CSV, Html) and print flashcards. There is also News system that informs about events like creating and editing flashcards in all currently used card boxes, and (as RSS feed) reminds on learning schedule. The Social network features include: making friends, mail; and automatically finding experts for specifics. Classroom features help a teacher to assign card boxes to a whole class. Newsfeed incorporates activities in card boxes of class. Learning statistics relate to a whole class, to make it easy to find out how pupils perform with specific flashcards, card boxes, and keywords.
